The Skirt Not The Baby

This is my first attempt to make a cute skirt for M&M out of scraps that I have at home.  I really enjoy reading the crafty blogs and they make it look so easy to just whip something up.  Must say that on the blogs most of what I see looks like you would buy it at a cute little boutique and mine...Well I am not gonna stop trying.

The material is left over from a apron I made.  The tulle is left over from Pie's Poodle skirt.  The ribbon is from the flowers I received at church on Mothers day.  The little pompoms are from a craft box the kids won at school last year.
