The Best Mother's Day Gift

Unconditional Love
That no matter how many times...
  • I snap at them before knowing all the facts
  • I forget some special project for school
  • I Don't wash the baseball uniform for that day's game
  • I Forget to buy pickles
  • I Ruin a favorite dress in the laundry
  • I Burn Dinner
  • I Make a joke that is not very funny
  • I Drive them to school in my pj's
  • I Discipline
  • I Am just to tired to play
  • I Can't be in all places at once

They still light up when I call them.

You are the BEST MOm... don't be so hard on your self....Every mom forgets, burns & ruins things but it's the hugs and kisses they remember

you ARE good mother--and I was going to put this on fb--but will tell you now--an old doctor in MIDLAND who delivered my first four babies told me this when I cried to him about not doing every thing right--He said "have priorities--try to have well fed children--take time to hold them- and listen to them--the kitchen floor will wait until they are grown". Dr grewe is gone now, but he was a master at making me feel better.

Thank You Both you are wonderful mothers and a great example of Love for me...I didn’t write this to get praise but I was just thinking of my own mother and I know that if she was at my doorstep tomorrow and needed a place to stay I would invite her in with open arms...
