I Can't Believe I Let This Happen, DAY

Is she not the cutest baby EVER! To bad her mom wasn't thinking and put no sun protection on her while she played outside :(. Just thought I would share how horrible I feel. I am usually good at remembering the sun protection, just ask her fair complected sibling's.
Don't worry about making a comment to make me feel worse the parents at the ball game did that for you. I do not like having to explain myself to other perfect parents ;).
I even know first hand how the sun can damage your skin. The photo below is perfect proof, of me! On the left side of my face, right in the picture, I have a birthmark so for as long as I can remember I have put a very high SPF on it when tanning. My hope would be that the birthmark would be less noticeable with a tan. And I used to tan a lot. I love the beach and all though my twenty's I would use tanning beds. Well anyway in the close up pic you can see the that the wrinkles on the left side are way more pronounce. I really don't have any on the right. I could be used as a science experiment.
Look at my nose, I really do know better! SPF 15 is not enough.
Maybe I will be smarter in the next 40 years!

You can't be so hard on yourself, the people that got on you must be so perfect and have never made a mistake in life, you did'nt do it on purpose....I'm feel sad that she may be hurting from the burn, but everything in life is a lesson....we just have to try to remember not to do the same thing twice....don't be so hard on yourself we all do things that we wish we could do over... would a.. could a... should a... love you

you are doing just fine with the whole May sunshine thing--I have gotten my worse burns in May. YOU ARE A GOOD MOMMY! Mattie would be the first to say so.
I think there`s something different about the MAY sunshine and our skin is so unused to the sun right now.
